WRC comes to the streets of Warsaw

This Sunday afternoon in downtown Warsaw, residents will be treated to the spectacular sound and raw power of the FIA World Rally Championship when M-Sport Ford newcomer Mārtiņš Sesks shows off his Ford Puma Rally1.

Beginning at 16:00 in front of Kazimierz Górski National Stadium in central Warsaw, Sesks will be giving special guests a first-hand experience of what life is like in a WRC car, allowing them to sit in the co-driver’s seat for 2km blasts on a specially-built track.

Running the Puma in gravel trim on an asphalt track promises to deliver a sensory overload for those lucky enough to get in the car.

The special event acts as a prelude to WRC ORLEN 80th Rally Poland, which takes place in the northern city of Mikolajki from 27 – 30 June.

Spectators will also be treated to a display of other WRC cars from today and yesteryear, including a Škoda Fabia Rally2, Audi Quattro S1, Ford Escort WRC and a Ford Fiesta Rally4.

Entrance for spectators is free with at least 18 runs set to take place on the track.
